  What an amazing declaration from one of the most well known tyrants of our modern age! The fact is, Hitler was a loyal Catholic and received funding from the Catholic church in order to start his notorious Nazi party. But years before Hitler came onto the world scene, the Papacy was working to manipulate the German power, "The Pope said to me...that Germany must become the sword of the Catholic Church.”  - WILHELM II Emperor of Germany -

 We normally associate selfless humanitarian work and worthy missionary ventures as church work. But executing political agendas? Though the beginning of the Roman Church can be traced back to the twelve disciples, does her ancient heritage justify her great efforts to manipulate nations? Just what are the grand objectives of the Roman Catholic church today? 

 The word “catholic” means universal and the term applied well at the beginning of her mission. Jesus himself commanded the early church to reach the entire realm of earth saying, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19)

 The early Christian’s truly had a remarkable beginning, but the Bible predicted an eventual departure from the Church's mission. The Apostle Paul saw the signs of trouble on the prophetic horizon and warned of events that would eventually corrupt the church, “Let no one in any way deceive you...apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God” (2 Thessalonians 2:3-4).

 The early church continued to grow even as she faced steady persecution for over its first 300 years. She determined to bring the great news of salvation to every living person throughout the Roman empire. But as her influence began to be felt at the top of the Roman government, she began to make compromises in order to gain political influence. The Pagan images worshipped by the Romans were converted into Christian relics and were allowed to be worshiped to attract influential converts. Over a period of years, the worship of the Church looked no different than paganism.

 As the Church gained popularity throughout the ranks of the government, its Emperor was replaced by the Bishop of Rome. Bishops assumed the divine role throughout Europe just as the Emperors before them and became known as “Popes”. After years of compromise, the Bible prophecy was fulfilled and to this day the title “VICARIOUS FILII DEI” is bestowed upon his office. These Latin words mean;                           - “In place of the Son of God” -  “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six” (Revelation 13:18).

 The roots of 666

 Of all the numbers God could have used to represent the anti-Christ and his outrageous claims, why did God choose the number 666? To understand this, we must go back to the roots of the first biblical usage of the number “6”. It was on the sixth day of creation that both man and beast were created (see Genesis 1:25-31). Both man and beast are the creation of a higher power. Both are mortal, not immortal beings. Both man and beast are fallible and capable of making errors. But the church of Rome, with the help of the state, emboldened herself to claim otherwise saying; "The Pope is of so great dignity and so exalted that he is not a mere man, but as it were God."-Lucius Ferraris, Prompta Bibliotheca, volume 6, article: "Papa II-

True believers eventually found themselves caught between following corrupt teachings of a backsliding church or follow scripture and risk loss of property and even death; But the Papacy’s word was firm; "Tradition, not Scripture, is the rock on which the Church of Jesus Christ is built." -A. Nampon Catholic Doctrine, page 157-

Papal Rome, with the help of Europe's civil powers treated those who refused to follow the policies of Papal church as outlaws throughout the Roman empire. This terrible period lasted for nearly a thousand years. In order to persuade the dissenters of the Roman Church to return to Papal allegiance, various forms of torture were invented. The estimation of deaths by those remaining faithful to God through this awful time numbered between 50 and 80 million faithful believers! “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations (Revelation 13:7).

 But Divine retribution was to befall the Papacy for her oppression towards God’s faithful people. “He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword”  (Revelation 13:10). After years of spiritual darkness, nations who had been held under the spell of Papal rule for over a millennium, severed the bonds of the Roman church, spawning new ideas of government, from democracy to socialism. The curse of God against the Papacy was fulfilled when France, the most faithful of all the Papal states, sent it’s army into Rome, taking the Pope captive in 1798, rendering the Papacy powerless to this day. “One shall stand up...and shall come with an army, and shall enter into the fortress of the king of the north, and shall deal against them, and shall prevail” (Daniel 11:7-8).

 Today, the Vatican appears as the benevolent matriarch of the Earth, displaying concern and tolerance for all. Yet history proves that she exhibits these attributes only when she is deficient in power. For beneath her pleasant exterior  lies a wicked heart that yearns to break free from the chains of her divine captivity. Through generations of carefully laid plans, this mistress of manipulation has been slowly seducing the nations of the earth. Her desire is to mingle church and state relationships in the attempt to regain her world wide authority. "The new Europe should be helped to build itself, revitalizing the Christian roots that gave birth to it."               - Pope John Paul II -

 The atrocities of the dark ages are about to be repeated. Those who refuse to acknowledge her authority will again be treated as heretics. Those who remain faithful to God will fall by great persecution. But as the nations learn of her deceptive ways, they will rise again to deliver God’s curse upon the Papal church. “They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire...The woman you saw is the great city that rules over the kings of the earth" (Revelation 17:16-18).
